Food Security Program
  •     Locations in Pomona, South Pomona, Ontario, Claremont, Chino, Upland and San Dimas
  •     5 days worth of food for each member of the family
  •     Special food packets for homeless individuals
  •     Families and individuals may receive food every 30 days
  •     Information and Referral to other social services as needed, both public and private
Housing Program
  • Our House Temporary Housing (30-90 days)  
  • Rapid Rehousing
  • Claremont Homeless Advocacy Program (CHAP)

Saturdays (rain or shine); 7:30-11:30 am

Gleaning Hope
This is a volunteer supported program that provides fresh fruits and vegetables to the clients at our four food pantries, as well as at the Our House Temporary Housing.
 
Hope Partners at Amy's Farm 
With the help of volunteers, a significant portion of produce harvested goes to Our House and Food Security Programs.
